Principal Experience Architect & Strategist·Learning Experience Design & Development·AI-Forward·PMP-Certified·CPTD-Certified
At the intersection of AI, learning experience design, and human behavior is where my best work happens — and where I've spent a career helping organizations move from ambiguity to clarity, across Fortune 500, government, nonprofit, and emerging technology.
"I think in stories shaped by user needs — which turns out to be a surprisingly powerful way to solve complex problems."
That pivot — from Pascal to people — shaped everything. Over the years I've developed a rare blend of technical fluency and design empathy, moving fluidly between strategy, systems architecture, rapid prototyping, and research-driven product thinking.
I'm energized by the "Yes, and..." moments — when a problem expands in interesting directions, when a constraint demands a creative solution, when AI and human insight combine to produce something neither could achieve alone.
Today, I build with AI-augmented tools across ideation, design, development, and deployment — always asking: What is the business goal we want to achieve, and how might we make this process/tool/training more efficient and effective for the people using it?

Allen Interactions, Inc. is a high-end interactive eLearning consultancy known for user-focused, research-driven design. As Senior Interactivity Producer, I led creative teams through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and agile development of custom interactive eLearning for Fortune 500 clients — Medtronic, GE, Delta, Merck, Cargill, and more. I built client relationships, scoped and bid complex projects, and drove QA efforts to achieve zero-defect delivery standards across medical, financial, manufacturing, and aviation sectors.
Consulted on LXD, UX, service design, and process improvement for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Delivered needs analysis, personas, journey maps, rapid prototypes, usability studies, and strategic recommendations — serving populations from Fortune 500 executives to low-literacy new immigrants. Built mobile apps, designed statewide digital literacy platforms, and shaped EU climate change workshop toolkits.
Designed and developed eLearning and corporate curricula initiatives across 10+ industry sectors — including onboarding programs, compliance training, product training, blended learning solutions, and multilingual content (Spanish, Somali, and French) for diverse populations and organizations of all sizes.
This was a multi-year initiative spanning several major bodies of work. Due to a sunsetting customer care software tool, the organization had to quickly pivot to build a new enterprise SaaS platform solution and train all employees prior to the rollout. I designed a scaffolded training environment which included eLearning, a simulated learning environment mirroring the QA and production systems, proto-personas, mock scenarios, ILT/VILT, and spaced-repetition activities. The scaffolded approach helped us populate the training environment with realistic mock data entered by earlier cohorts to train subsequent cohorts by building on that data as they moved through the program.
I led a full overhaul of the Product and Compliance eLearning library — redesigning courses from passive content and page-turning to user-focused, scenario-based interactive eLearning. This 2-year effort included project management, SME collaboration, design, development, QA, and delivery. I eventually documented a 38-step process to mentor and cross train team members.
The learning management system was outdated, inefficient, and lacked strong usage due to a lack of content and functional internal knowledge. I researched upgrades to the LMS, pitched upgrades, collaborated with Cornerstone to enact upgrades, documented standard LMS practices and upskilled the growing L&D team. I also reduced LMS data transmission failure rates on Product and Compliance courses from >30% to under 2% through eLearning redesign and LMS platform interventions, solving a long-standing issue.
The company was moving to SharePoint Online. I conducted a UX research study to design the L&D team's new SharePoint Communication site, designing and executing the full usability test, analyzing results, and driving site modifications based on the findings. I documented my process and shared that with others to help inform their internal site designs.
Across all programs and projects, I documented processes, mentored teammates, and delivered presentations to facilitate change management, efficiency, standardization, and build capability across the organization.

M.H. · Senior Manager, Global Facilitation · PACT Executive Board
She did a fantastic job clarifying ambiguous requirements and building relationships with SMEs — consultative skills that delivered a prototype in only 4 days.
Project Feedback · Consulting Engagement
This has been a very complicated process, and she put a ton of work in to get this off the ground. We would not have gotten to this point without her.
